Spouse-ly

There are three options for shipping currently:

• Flat Rate Shipping (you set the price)
• Free Shipping
• Estimated USPS rates pulled at check out

Flat Rate Shipping: You will be able to set the amount you would like, and if you want to have that flat rate increase as the quantity goes up, please use this formula with the amounts you would like:

3.00 + (1.00 * [qty] ) – for this formula it is saying the flat fee is $4.00 and it will increase by $1.00 as more items are added from your shop to the customer’s shopping cart.

Free Shipping: We highly recommend offering free shipping in your shop and increasing your sales price to cover those costs. This is a great marketing tactic and consumers love free shipping, even if they are paying a little more for the actual product.

Estimated USPS Rates: This is the most extensive option because you must include the dims/weight per each listing and if you forgot to add the dims/weight it will show no shipping options at checkout and the customer will not be able to complete their order. Also sometimes the shipping could be higher than what you might actually want to charge.

For now, all shipping will take place off Spouse-ly, and you must create the shipping label with your own preferred carrier. After you have the tracking number please go back into the Spouse-ly order and add the carrier link and tracking number and mark the order “complete” – this will send an email to the customer letting them know the order is on its way with tracking!
